Support that helps
people move forward.
Children & Adults Development, LLC (CADLLC), founded July 30, 2026, is dedicated to serving individuals who may need additional support to achieve stability and independence.
We work with residents, families, caregivers, community partners, schools, employers, and other organizations to create meaningful pathways toward success.
Our approach recognizes that every person is different. We focus on individual strengths, needs, goals, and circumstances while providing the support and guidance needed to build greater confidence and independence.
Helping people build the skills to live, grow and thrive.
Our mission is to provide safe, compassionate, and structured services that promote personal growth, education, life skills, independence, workforce readiness, and successful community living.
Building Brighter Futures
A strong, inclusive, and thriving community where every person has the opportunity, support, and resources needed to reach their full potential.
Every person deserves the opportunity to succeed.
We believe every person deserves dignity, respect, compassion, and an opportunity to succeed.
Through love, kindness, empathy, humility, and consistency, we help individuals and families overcome challenges, develop essential life skills, access community resources, and build pathways toward greater independence and a better quality of life.
Our philosophy is simple: support should never take away a person's dignity or independence. Instead, it should help people discover their strengths, develop confidence, and participate meaningfully in their communities.
